Terms and Conditions

All pricing is in NZD and includes gst. We reserve the right to alter prices and delivery fees at any time. 

We are unable to accept for return products which are purchased from our outlet website unless the product is damaged in transit or is the incorrect product ordered. If this is the case please contact us within 21 days after the purchase date at info@centralthread.co.nz

The stock online on this website is being sold as excess stock, ends of line or seconds as marked on the product description. If the product is faulty and wasn't sold as a second we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.
