Who Are Central Thread?- We are a New Zealand based wholesale company who supply bedding and soft furnishings, based on Auckland's North Shore. We have been operating in New Zealand for over 7 years and are Kiwi owned and operated. We have opened this outlet online to clear residual stock from previous collections along with samples and seconds.

Can I return an item which was ordered?- Please refer to our returns policy for full details. We only accept returns for faulty product if the product arrives to you and has a fault and was not sold as a second. We will provide a replacement if the product has arrived damaged in transit or the incorrect product was sent. Please note we do not accept products which have not been laundered/looked after according to the care instructions on the product/packaging. 

Can I Change An Online Order?- An order can be changed once placed if you have made an error, if you contact us before it is shipped, however the order cannot be cancelled. If you have placed an order and wish to amend it before it is shipped please contact us at info@centralthread.co.nz.

Can We Purchase Any Of Your Current Central Thread Grandeur Products Directly From You?- We currently are only selling outlet products direct to customers at present. If you would like to purchase our current range of Central Thread Grandeur products you can do so from Harvey Norman stores nationwide in New Zealand or online via the Harvey Norman website. 

How Can I Track My Order?- We will send you a tracking number via email after your order is dispatched so you can track it.
