Delivery and Returns Information

Shipping

Freight is calculated based on the physical volume of the product being shipped and your location. These charges will be calculated when you checkout. As some items are bulky e.g. comforter sets the shipping can be more on these items, especially to the South Island. 

Please typically allow 4-5 business days for delivery, although we will try to dispatch orders ASAP. We ship from Auckland's North Shore. Depending on the Covid-19 situation shipping may be delayed. 

Returns

We do not accept returns on outlet products for change of mind as items are on sale to clear them. If items from this website are returned for change of mind we will have to return them to the sender unfortunately. 

If we have sent you the incorrect product or the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty please advise within 21 days of the order date by emailing us at info@centralthread.co.nz.

The stock online on this website is being sold as excess stock, ends of line or seconds as marked on the product description. If the product is faulty and wasn't sold as a second we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.
